We regret to inform our friends and family of Charley's passing on Dec. 4, 2010 from glioblastoma multiforme, a virulent brain cancer. Due to this, we've decided to close down Rood & Associates, Inc. after almost 40 years. The big house on Eagle Road has been sold and Angela is living in a much smaller condo on Lake Erie with her mom.

Charles H. Rood, 9/13/1940 - 12/04/2010, established Rood and Associates in July of 1977. Broad management background in the metal working, forging, and fastener industries includes serving as National Sales Manager of Joseph Dyson and Sons, Inc. and Vice-President and General Manager of Cardinal Threading.
